Terms of Service (TOS)

  1. Digital Access Only: Subscriptions provide digital access to cloud-hosted content. No physical media will be shipped unless otherwise stated.

  2. No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once access is granted to the Google Drive folders, refunds cannot be issued.

  3. Strict Copyright Protection: All content is the intellectual property of Incubi Portrait Studio. Sharing, downloading for redistribution, or "leaking" content is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban without refund and potential legal action.

  4. Access Management: Access is tied to an active subscription. If a subscription is canceled or a payment fails, access to the Google Drive folders will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.

  5. Age Requirement: By subscribing to Level 2 or higher, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
